They do appear, but sometimes I have to wait for one day until new purchases show up in my library despite they are readable right after checking out.

I find that if I go to the page for the doujin on the main site instead of in the purchased library, I can usually download the newly purchased doujin after a few minutes. If the download button isn't there at first, wait a few minutes and refresh the page. That has always worked for me and I buy far too many of them. One of these days, I need to find time and read them.
