Excellent news! I still hope FAKKU makes a deal to publish Comic Unreal, since the series is still being continued there.

Yes i can definitely see this happening, especially if Pandra sells well.

The main impediment to that would likely be the fact that the FAKKU folks seem to already be having a hard time keeping up with what they have. With their latest addition - Comic Koh - they're specifically translating it from the beginning at no particular pace so that they don't have to keep up with the current issues (which isn't all bad, since it means that we get the back issues and not just the current ones), and it's not uncommon for them to be a release or two behind on releasing some chapters from the other magazines. I would think that they're taking steps to fix that, but they can only translate so much so fast. Much as I would love to see them add more magazines, I suspect it will be a while before they do. But I would think that the better sales are for stuff like Pandra, the easier a time they'll have getting the help they need to keep on top of things and be able to increase the number of magazines they're translating.

Jacob said they want to do a rotating magazine slot including Unreal and more https://www.fakku.net/forums/posts/4736961#4736961 and now Fakku is hiring.

OMG... Pandra?! That is absolutely amazing! Definitely one I've wanted in English for a while. Can't wait to get it from you.

There is a god! No amount of emotion can accurately show how joyful I am to see this series get an official English release. I've already set aside the money to purchase this masterpiece and have it sit next to my figure of my waifu for this series, which was a worthwhile expenditure since it was my first ever figure to own.

Miyo Lindbloom

Now, if only we can some Butcha-U then I could die a happy boy.

I just hope that we are getting the whole series.

Mmmh I think I saw the anime adaptation of this a few years ago...Lots of weird stuff going on is what I remember. Under which categories would this title be? Just asking because I'm a tiny bit interested in it. However, the cover is giving me rapey vibes.

I'm very excited for this release but I am curious: will Fakku! pick up "Residence of Obscene Art" at some point as well? It's an earlier book by Sawaru and most if not all of the chapters are relevant to "Pandra" as they are set in the same world and some deal with the birth of one of the main characters of "Pandra." (Also, there's amazing elf sister incest).

How many volumes is there?

Currently two, with the chapters of what will be the third volume currently publishing in COMIC Unreal.

Technically Pandra is two volumes. The sequel(second saga), titled "Shinkyoku no Grimoire"(Grimoire of the Divine Comedy) is 3 volumes, and the third saga, titled "Lightning Princess Igis-Magia" is the one currently running in Comic Unreal and has at least 1 tankoubon released so far. Essentially this means if you take the Pandra series as a whole, it's going to be 7 volumes at a minimum.

Wait so does this mean that Fakku! has the license to the entire, what, 7 volume "epic" I'll call it, or just the first 2 volume "saga"? Because I'm confused on that.

I believe we only have an active license for this first volume as of right now, but we have a good relationship with the publisher and can easily get the other volumes in the future. That said, seven books is a multi year commitment (comparable to Yamatogawa where our current plan is two books per year), so it's not something we can comment on at this time. We'll most likely do the second volume to complete the first saga (likely some time in 2020), and depending on the reception of the first series, we could pick up future volumes beyond that.

No need to wait, I guarantee you that the reception will be extremely positive! While we appreciate vanilla books, it would be great to have a bit more diversity in themes and settings.

Didn't one of the chapters of this series have a chubby female character in it?

Either way, good license to pick up on FAKKU's part.

Is there a reason why amazon is only going to ship it within 2 - 3 months?

Either the Amazon shipment is a whole different batch from the printers or that shipment has to go from portland to the different distribution centers.

I'm not sure if fakku fulfills their own Amazon orders.

Hey, just joined this whole site because Pandra finally became available as Paperback.
Since I have no clue about anything here, can anyone tell me how much time usually passes till the second volume of a series is ready?
Also, will only Pandra be released or the two sequel series (Shinkyoku no Grimoire and Raikou Shinki Igis Magia) as well ss the rectonned-into-continuity prequel Injutsu no Yakata? I'd really love to have the complete series on my bookshelf.

This should answer both.
