FAKKU Gold Returns!

We're working on bringing FAKKU Gold back and hooking it up as an actual subscription service for FAKKU. Once it launches it will have all the features you saw before plus a few more, but more importantly it will have some really awesome benefits once we finalize some things with the publishers in Japan (negotiations, negotiations, negotiations). I want to get FAKKU Gold out earlier than later because I know a lot of people want it now and it's going to get better with time.

We're trying to be open about everything related to FAKKU and FAKKU Books and that includes our future plans (you've seen that here on the forums). So I wanted to get a thread started up talking specifically about FAKKU Gold and outlining what we intend to do. What features would you like to see? Would you like to see hentai anime? Magazines? Should it even be named FAKKU Gold?

Taking into account past suggestions, right now the current plan looks something like this...

One feature that I would like to see is that a purchase of a book results in a free month of FAKKU Gold. So for anyone keeping up with our book releases every month they will basically get FAKKU Gold for free. Thoughts?

How about the option of filtering certain content on our home page? You won't get me to read a NTR series no matter what, so it doesn't really need to show up there.

i plan on getting fakku gold, if its only 8ish a month, but i also think that people who contribute to the site and make it a better place should get it for free, and that there should also be a wild card type of thing for gold. Also, will we be able to gift people gold subs? that would be cool. I would also like to see gold members have a little more say in what gets stocked in the store. (Ajin Shoujo-tan has been out of stock forever, and it says you have it on the doujin page, i want to fap to slim girls, where are the hard copies?!)

Also, i would like to see both a direct donation service, via paypal, so i can donate without buying anything, as well as having holes stocked in the store, since the last two, yes two, times i ordered one, it never came, and the tracking thingy still says they are somwhere in arizonia.

Last, but not least, i know that some of the doujinshi like Ajin Shoujo-tan are avalibe, or at least were at one time, avalible in the store, would it be at all possible for us to have other things avalible for hard copy purchase, like, say, Madoka Yuri, or Love live Yuri, or Touhou Yuri or, Pre Cure Yuri, or any of the Yuri in my favorites folder? That would sweet if we got some yuri. Did i mention i like yuri?

Keep in mind thought that the discount is one feature out of (currently) nine.

I don't think you should get too hung up on covering the fee by using the discount. If you don't care about the majority of the perks and just wanna buy one book per month, it's naturally cheaper to do so without the subscription. On the other hand, if you want the read history, avatar library, custom rank etc., the 10% store discount is an extra benefit for when you buy books.

Sounds interesting, it's probably something I'd sign up for.

Assuming we do that it will be retroactive, so yeah we would grant a month of gold for every book purchase.

This would definitely get me, at least, more likely to buy books more often rather than waiting for everything I want to come out. Because right now I'm definitely waiting and building a "cart" so to speak.
