Mr.Guest! I've put together a Google Docs spreadsheet of the data you assembled so far in your OP post. If you have a Google Account I'll give you editing access. Nowadays whenever I post long lists, I tend to create them from csv lists using regexp.

I'm hoping at some point to have major artists on F! (who have a certain number of manga here) get their own info pages, including some of the info you provide in this thread. Someday...
