Awesome! I was wondering if Fakku was going to go back and do previous releases.

I'm sure slowly but surely over the years as Fakku grows larger and larger, we'll see every Kairakuten and X-Eros magazine ever published. :D

We didn't actually go back and do previous issues. We started working on this back in April.

It'd be nice to do all the back issues, but Kairakuten alone has a 20 years and 200+ issues big backlog, so that would be a huge commitment. I think our first priority would be to expand to simulpublishing other magazines as well, so that you get 3, 4, and so on new magazines each month.

My priority would have been the same if I were eromanga company. Bring to light many different artists, styles and fetishes and build as many bridges as possible.

Yeah it's understandable. It'd be great to do back chapters of ongoing stories and popular artists though, if possible.

Yeah... It would be nice to see all the old issues as well, but with more and more new ones being added and needing to be translated, it would likely take more than those 20 years to catch up.

Would still be great, mind you, once Fakku grows enough to afford this. :D

New Cover! Comic X-Eros #35

Makes me glad to see my hard earn cash going toward giving me such a wonderful bone....... feeling in my heart. Seriously those panties really do it for me.

I still can't get enough of the covers by Oda Non, and Takaya Ki. But I'd give the edge to Oda, just because I love the way he does mature women. And I agree with the others who say these should be posters. These pinups are too sexy to resist.

Is Range Murata just a name drop on Comic Kairakuten since he sometimes does covers? I've been checking constantly for one of his works to pop up, and nothing so far. *pouty face*

Range Murata typically only does illustrations, similar to YUG. Currently we're focusing on releasing full-length stories, but we'll get all the "extra" stuff from each magazine eventually.

Was hoping he did some comics as he did in his Robot compilations, but still would love to see his classic single shots. I cannot express to you how big of a fan of his I am, and my desire for you to not skip the "extras".

In fact, I still would like to see these magazines be uploaded as a full continuous format so we could read cover to cover.

That's what I'm hoping for too, set it up just like a book, where you can either read from start to finish, or read specific chapters from a list.

That's the plan, but we need the interface to support it. Even the books have extra pages that don't get their own gallery, like like this page in Service Committee, this in Renai Sample, or any of the cover images. Currently we're just releasing individual chapters, but once we have something that allows us to group chapters into issues, all the extras will be in there as well.

You release books in piece-meal and can have them continuous - what exactly is different here? Other than maybe books would be sequential and the comics would possibly be in random order and skipping the "extra" content. Depending how the images are called in the reader, you might just be able to upload the book as a separate thing entirely and just have it pull the images individually if you can't have it pull self-contained chapters. Though not knowing how things are coded, I can only make random guesses. As long as we end up with full magazines where we can see all of the wonderful art, I'm happy! :D
