As such, I'd honestly have been surprised if this choice had not had Vanilla content when the previous magazine was "Girls forM" - especially when you consider that the "Girls forM" chapters seem to generally be favorited less often than chapters from some of the other magazines, implying that it was a less popular addition.
This is a bit of a stretch. G4M releases every six months, there's way less pressure to release it compared to the five monthly magazines. They also prioritized books and games over doujinshi and anime in the last few months.

Anyway, I'm not surprised by the choice for the 8th magazine. Koh has a bit of everything like X-Eros. It's just JK themed.

I don't know what you're looking for, but we have quite a bit of variety on FAKKU already, and there's quite a bit of content on the site that does not have the Vanilla tag. I expect that more magazines will be added in the future which focus on content that isn't Vanilla, but since the last one they added was pretty much the opposite of Vanilla, I don't think that it's at all surprising if this one focuses on Vanilla - especially since Vanilla is one of the most popular tags on the site. There are a number of folks here who primarily want content that isn't Vanilla and a number of folks who don't want anything to do with anything that isn't Vanilla. So, FAKKU has to balance what they're doing. As such, I'd honestly have been surprised if this choice had not had Vanilla content when the previous magazine was "Girls forM" - especially when you consider that the "Girls forM" chapters seem to generally be favorited less often than chapters from some of the other magazines, implying that it was a less popular addition.

Also, completely aside from what kind of content FAKKU would like to add to the site next, they have to actually be able to make a reasonable deal with the company making the magazine in order to license it, and it's quite possible that FAKKU simply hasn't been able to make a deal right now with a lot of the other magazines that you or anyone else would be interested in.

If you have a specific magazine that you want FAKKU to license, then feel free to request it. Maybe they'll license it next. But I think that it's safe to say that a lot of the subscribers are very happy to see this magazine licensed instead of another magazine with content like "Girls forM."

So I tried to find a magazine that would be good but the only thing I found that would suit my tastes would be COMIC LO. That magazine would have the same problem as G4M it is based on one genre only, so if you don't like that one tag that means there is nothing for you in that magazine. That is why G4M has less favorites, it is fendom only. It seems you helped me to make the decision to end my subscribtion because there are no magazines for the type of content I prefer (except comic lo). But I doubt they will pick it up.

I had been a subscriber so far because I tought there was a chance for more content that I would prefer, but it seems I was an idiot. There was no chance for it to being with, I should have done more research so I can only blame myself. It seems my only hope is that they add Doujinshi or pick books that cater to my interests that are pretty niche. I have voiced my opinion so if Fakku actually cares then there shouldn't be a need for me to repeat myself. seems like this might not be a place for me after all...

Well it's more vanilla but I'll gladly take it! After all the quality on this site is unmatched.
Getting some Yamatogawa on here is just great, I love his books they're a lot of fun.

@Serypti wow so you say if i don't fav the G4M chapters so i hate the chapters? i never fav any chapters that i read so far so i hate all the magazines? this makes no sense.

Akane Shinsha seems to be in a difficult financial situation: They had to cancel Comic Tenma a few years ago, now even their flagship magazine (Comic LO) seems to be in financial trouble. I hope Fakku publishing Koh and Girls FroM can help with them. Bring more stuff from Akane Shinsha, please!

Over the last few years Akaneshinsha shut down Tenma, Sigma and Juicy. They launched Towako and Saseco, but it's not enough to make up for it. Koh started with 450 pages every two months, increased to 600 pages, but the transition to monthly periodicity caused the magazine to go down to 350 pages, so around 700 pages every two months. Not a good outlook.

Can you expand on LO? I thought it was doing fine. They just got Henreader on board, and Kiya Shii too. Both are popular, especially Henreader.

People are speculating it will either increase its price or become bimonthly.

Hearing that comic LO is in financial trouble sends my heart into a tepid spiral, what can I DO? I wonder!!??

Only kiss Jacob's boots and ask him again to pick it up....
