FAKKU Books: Official Suggestion Topic

A few months ago, I suggested Michiking's book Azato Making be published in English by FAKKU. In the time since then I've discovered that Wani will be releasing an even newer version of the book, Azato Making +



Two differences between this and the older version are:

• A new cover.

• Two new, never before seen short stories, one of which is centered around Orie Tsukimoto, the heroine in Newbie Editor Tsukimoto-san and Newlywed Editor Tsukimoto-san (Maiden Name).

At the time of this writing, the book will be released in a week. However that should not take away the fact that some version of this book should be published by FAKKU for reasons I've already stated in my previous suggestion:

• FAKKU has worked with Michiking before by having Michiking be the first of honor at FAKKU panel.

• FAKKU has already published Michiking's previous work S&M Ecstasy.

• Michiking and the Kani Magazine series are very popular on this site.

I'll end this suggestion with how I ended my previous suggestion:
Give us this book FAKKU. It's a no-brainer.

†¢Anything by EBA (though I don't know if they publish under someone who works with Fakku or not)
†¢A ishikei box would be cool as well, but that's probably a licencing nightmare.

Again, I apologise if I seem like a fool for suggesting these without a full understanding of what's possible to print.

Can they actually license Loli stuff state side? I know I'll get arrested if I try to have it shipped to me in Canada.

Based on what we've been told about previous tries to license loli books, there are no legal risks involved whatsoever, the problem is with payment providers.

I was thinking about this the other day, but rather than a points model how about something similar to Audible's model where a subscription entitles you to ownership of one Doujin, series or game based on the value of your purchase. Like a monthly subscription gets you one Doujin a month but a year subscription gets you a printed book from a bonus section. In this way, you could sell these books without actually exchanging any money for them directly. The same way escorts sell their time and not sex. Thoughts?

Nearly all publishers in Japan are not comfortable releasing loli content outside of the country, so it's practically impossible to license. Even if we could get a license, there's likely no way for us to distribute the content, and trying to skirt around the issue with point systems etc. is not an option. As I've said in the past, there needs to be an attitude change on a global scale before we or anyone else can publish very controversial content—to where it's no longer considered controversial.
