I know it's really early but I wanted to recommend an upcoming title by Shindol, his first book from wani which I will call "Metamorphosis" it won't be hitting shelves in Japan till the end of May, and I hope that this year at AX 2016, one of the titles FAKKU will announce will be Shindol's first Wani book. Being a Queens native myself I would very much like to support him in as many ways possible. Likewise for those of you who also want to support him currently, and legally he has a Patreon Page

I am not saying that you have to only suggest Wani titles but for right now it looks like it's easier to get Wani titles since that is who the deal is with.
I usually go to the main Wani Website and just take a look at the books.
If you know Japanese great, otherwise just view it through google chrome and use the google translate function. It will give you a fairly decent translation...sometimes.
Take a look at the titles and previews and just recommend whatever you want to see translated and then pray that it will get picked up.
Hope this helps a little.
