Why the cover swap with the English version? The japanese version has the other picture at the front which is here at the side and the cover here is censored.

Can someone explain the decision?

dunno what's supposed to be censored in the sample pictures provided, but yes, they seem to have swapped the front and back cover i guess?

You will begin to see more gentler covers for books published through us, though in some circumstances the artists themselves will be providing alternative designs for the covers, but the original artwork will always still be placed inside the books. In a lot of circumstances we'll even have them as pin-up posters for a larger scale.

The reason is simply due to the reality that it is much harder to get books in more locations for fans to obtain them outside of FAKKUs website (where sometimes, especially for people international, shipping is much more expensive). It doesn't matter what's on the inside (ouch), most shops just care what's on the outside (front cover). I realize it might be frustrating, but that's where we still don't want to deny any readers the original artwork and make sure it's neatly displayed inside the book. I hope this answers your question!

but since the main distributor even on the international market is probably amazon, i guess it can't be helped.
they regularly take down hentai books even in japan (esuke's last two books got nuked for example).
