Problems Downloading Purchases as PDFs

I was wondering if I could get some help with problems I'm having in downloading PDFs of some of the books I've purchased, specifically Punikano and Peachy-Butt Girls (I'd like to have the PDF versions along with the Zip versions). It's weird because I have no problems downloading the Zip versions, yet the PDF versions won't completely download. The downloads will randomly stop, as if they're complete, and then I try to open the incomplete files but Adobe says they're damaged. I've tried re-downloading, downloading in different browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome), using a different computer, and even downloading the different resolutions (I wanted x3200, but I also tried x2600), yet nothing works. Thanks in advance.

As always with things like this, the problem could be on both ends. Do you have a slow internet connection, or do you share it with someone else? My old student net used to dip immensely during peak hours in the evening, which would lead to downloads stopping in the middle and ending up corrupted like you describe.

I just downloaded the PDF and ZIP myself, so it sounds like a temporary load issue—on our servers or your net. I would also simply suggest trying again at a later time, preferably on numerous occasions during off-peak hours.

Took me quite a few tries as well, managed to get it in the end, though. And no, there should be no problems on this end, I have constant high download speeds otherwise, and had for this until it just stopped at some point.

Well, I tried it again later on and it worked. When I tried earlier I was getting fast, consistent speeds with the failed downloads, so I guess it was a server issue or something that was the problem. Regardless, thank you everyone for your help.
