Puni is stuck in port the last time someone updated. Peachy girl may be on it's way.

I heard there was a huge disruption at the Port of Portland because of workers union disputes. Basically everything (not just our books) going through the port has been delayed and they have to deal with backed up older shipments asap. It's just a really unfortunate coincidence.

that was before the whole renai sample set back, it took longer than expected, so it slowed all the releases down

Yeah basically what everyone in this thread said. I would really like to hear an update on the orders, but i have a feeling jacob will take care of that himself soon enough.

Sure, it's awesome that their current printer does fine work and I'm grateful for that, but I hate that the disputes are getting in the way of all the shipments there.
Whatever happened with the workers and what made they go on strike, it's made a negative impact on so many deliveries that goes beyond our books.

I don't know if it's fair to say that. Everywhere I read it says these people are compensated very well. They systematically cut their productivity to put pressure on management, with apparently no regard for other consequences. Anyway this is getting off-topic so that's as much as I'm going to say.

They can't. No one will print it.

Mike spent a lot of time back and forth with various printers locally. We agree it'd be nice to have a good printer locally so it'd be faster, however every printer in the state on where they're located ended up declining to work with us. They were too concerned about being associated with adult material and would conflict with some of their other clients. It's unfortunate but there's not really anything we can do about it, if anything it's their loss on money.

Yeah a local printer would be ideal but I think the reality is that that won't be a possibility in the US anytime soon. Especially not with the harder and uncensored material that Fakku is looking to publish, I mean even what we consider vanilla would be rather extreme for some people. It's just very polarizing, so I'm not surprised they can't find anyone who wants to take that risk.

Who can I ask about changing my shipping address? I thought it would ship this earlier month but I recently moved out to a new place.
Thanks in advance.
