I bought this item previously through my friend, who managed to get most of the AX items last year for me. (bought the Daki, all 3 shirts, and one box of this delicious book)
So, I'm not afraid to sound like I'm cheaping out. Will I have to pay full price to access digital copy? Also, assuming if I can get anything out of this, how should I prove that this purchase was made?
Ultimately, I forgot, since I shoved it away somewhere safe and have it unopened. Was the book translated? or no?

Just like AnimeFeak said, take a picture of the physical Saitom Box in the picture include the AX16 convention pass.
Then email that picture with a short comment about how you bought the Box Set and want to add the digital copy to your FAKKU profile.
