Security Concerns

What kind of security do you guys have when it comes to handling our CC information.
We see small and huge sites being hacked nearly every day and their customers CC info being made public.
So I'm concerned when it comes to that. Will paypal ever be an option? Will you delete CC information after a subscriber cancels his or her subscription? Is there a 3rd party handling the CC info to make sure both you and your customers are safe?
Being a dirty non-american bitcoin is not an option for me and contesting my CC bill is pretty much impossible too so I'm not even protected from accidental or intentional over billing. PayPal was my only safety net.

This is a fair concern. I could see a salty past user potentially hacking the site to get back at Jacob for "betraying everyone". I think the worst has passed in terms of people bitching, but you never know. I had actually hoped Paypal was going to be an option as well.

We do not store any credit card information on our servers (and we never will). It is all stored with the processor/bank that does the actual communication with the credit card companies. The most we'll ever do (which we don't currently), is give you an option to save your credit card information so you can use it on future purchases (similar to Steam). Even then we wouldn't store credit card information, we would save an identifier like "Jacob-CC-Visa", send that identifier to the bank along with your order, and they would look it up based on the identifier.

Good to know i was wondering the same since i just subscribe and the page was kinda meh but thats cool so we are safe . BTW nice pick on the subscription succes i saved that for the collection XD

Just wondering but next month will the subscription renew itself already or do we have to jot down our cards again? Btw I'd love to see a Paypal option if that could work.

We're working with PayPal to get subscriptions added, and your subscription automatically renews, no need to re-enter your information.

While I would love paypal, is that actually a valid option? I do know paypal won't allow their services to used on anything that is considered adult in nature. I've had problems with losing my CC info but I feel fairly ok with this set up as it is. Regardless I'd love to see how this whole thing goes down.

Paypal is so anti-porn or nude they banned subscriptions or payments for that stuff. Same with skrill. Both even have it in the fine lettering on there ToS.

I laughed at paypal since i bought loli and rape stuff with them.... many times.

PayPal does work with adult companies (like us), it just takes a lot of work and you really really need to prove your credibility to them. Subscriptions though are a different beast and will take some more time.

Mine just went through too. Seems to be working fine. I think my one biggest thing though is it would be nice if it didn't bill as Fakku. But maybe something different. Like when you order a sex toy.

Yes, gold status is included with the monthly subscription so if you decide to cancel your subscription you'll loose gold privlidges.
