Customers who have purchased a digital copy of these appends from Shikimaya will get to keep those versions in their library. For those who enjoy the art of collecting, you can grab the Shikimaya editions until September 30th, after which they will no longer be purchasable.

The collections did not register immediately upon the upload to the website, so there are some users who purchased before it synced up. If you were an early purchaser and do not have your digital doujins, please submit a ticket and it can get added to your account. If for some reason you're experiencing this issue (after I've posted this), please let us know so we can look into it again, but as of now it seems to be working as intended.

I purchased it as soon as it became available (Order Confirmation email received at 6:04PM MST, which is 5:04PM PST) and despite the "Shindo L Box 1: TSF Monotagari Appends 1-3" digital edition showing in my library, when I click to read it just gives me an error that reads:

"There was a problem.
This book is not yet available."

Is this the error that those who ordered earlier are getting? If so, I guess I'll send an email to customer support.

Edit: It sounds like it is, so I sent in a ticket to customer support!

Looks like I was one of the really early ones as well, looking forward to seeing this fixed. Not too big a problem since the download seems to have worked without problems, though, and that is my preferred method of reading anyway (in addition of the physical books). ^_^

What do you get here that you didn't get with the original FAKKU book?

Shindo L has Appends 1-6 which are after/before stories or in one instance a collaboration of other artists doing random stories of the characters known and loved from Shindo L's book, TSF Monotagari

I assume we'll be getting an Append 4-6 in the future? Yes? Pretty please?

I would gladly open my wallet once again, I absolutely love the box sets you guys/gals do.

You can most definitely count on it, we'll have a second box with the second half of the arc. It's in very early stages of production

Hi Brittany!

I managed to order a copy of the box set today (presumably there was a restock), and it looks like a similar issue has occurred for me. Want me to file a support ticket? Not even the box art is viewable from my library, as it throws an error. I can provide screenshots and/or network logs from dev tools if that's helpful.

The only thing I can think of that might have caused this is that I preordered the print copy of TSF Monogatari (it's amazing) back before the book sales were temporarily paused due to supply chain issues. Perhaps because they're in the same series, the issue with collection syncing is occurring for me as well?

(Also: Please don't rush to get back to me. I know a lot of folks celebrate holidays this week and last.)
