I've gone through the list and they are definitely beginning to rack up:

Irodori Comics:
NTRobo
Abe Inori (the artist is now publishing with Project-H)
Minazuki Mikka
Nosa
Chilt
Otabe Sakura, Shindou - Shameless Marriage
Update: Nov 2023
Crimson
Neginegio - Obscene Academy 1-3 (the series was picked up by Saikey)
Nocori

Enshodo:
Narusawa Kei - Cum Right Now! All-Out Gangrape Z
ShindoL (now self-publishing through FAKKU)
Highlow
Booch

MediBang!:
Ayakase Chiyoko - The Virgin Girl Who Wet Herself

2D-Market:
Circle: Triangle!

Summer Salt:
Barlun - The Duties of the Bloodhound Maid

I realise that these books aren't likely to be around forever, and in the case of Enshodo they've been gone for years now, but is too much to ask for a general announcement for when either a book or an artist's complete catalogue is going to be removed? I mean, both NTRobo and Abe Inori were removed in quick succession, resulting in 13 books being delisted over night! I don't know about others, but if I know a book is about to go, I'll buy it because I don't want to miss out.

Hi shibby06—Barlun's The Duties of the Bloodhound Maid is no longer available for digital purchase due to an ongoing agreement with the artist. At this point in time, Summer Salt has no control over the ability of Fakku's customers to view the title, even if it is not currently available for purchase. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Thanks you. I appreciate the response. Fortunately, I was about able to pick it up myself and I can totally understand that these changes can and will occur. I just think it sucks for those that missed out. Had there been some sort of prior warning, I'm sure many would have picked up books from the artists I've listed. Honestly, I think this just shows the main downside to the digital only option — gone at a moments notice, with no means of purchase after the fact. At least with physical books, you have the second-hand market.

YQII FAKKU Translator
Since this was bumped: As is always the case with third-party content, the responsibility falls on the publisher in question.

In the rare cases where FAKKU had to delist one of our releases, we've typically added a disclaimer well ahead of time, but understandably you might not always get a definitive removal date months in advance. I won't speculate on why the content above was delisted, but if a vendor asks us to remove an item, we're not going to tell them "no." I imagine we'd be more then happy to add a note to the content or even retweet an announcement, but again, it's up to the third party to initiate this and inform the customer. My suggestion is to directly contact the publisher with your feedback.

As a final disclaimer, I do not handle third party communications at FAKKU. If the vendor is already doing this and we're not acting on it, the failure is on us, and I would happily investigate further internally if this is the case.
