Utah is attempting to force warning labels on printed materials is this going to affect me

I'm also from Utah and am curious about this utter nonsense. How can they possibly enforce this on materials produced out of state or country?

It does say adults only on back of books. Should be fine?

Unfortunately it's even worse than that. From what I've read they want to require a 15 second warning on digital materials and a printed label specifically addressing the supposed harmful effects to children and mental development. Its ridiculous. Nothing has passed but it has cleared the first hurdle to go to the house for debate as I understand.

Yeah, I can totally see those harmful effects to adults that are in fact not adults but children...

Pretty much the logic of the LDS church in a nutshell

I'm really sick of "porn kills love " and "fight the new drug" when people are overdosing. The new label should say this is hentia not a restaurant

Just read that this bill (HB243) has passed the Utah house and is moving onto to the next stage for further consideration. I expect it will pass. Still dont know how they intend to enforce this.
