Where and to whom should we report typos and other errors?

If we find a typo or other error, should we post it in that book's thread?
Is there someone in particular we should PM or mention?
Is there already a specific thread for reporting typos and errors?
Anyway, I made this thread because I think I might have found a typo on page 168 of Punikano (The chapter Versus). In the top right panel, there's a sound effect that reads "slipperty", I assume (T being beside Y) instead of slippery.

We've gotten feedback a few times with typos through various means, email, comments, etc. I think a thread or even sticky for this would be very nice.
We do revise things -a lot-. But with a small team looking at something over and over again it's only natural that there be bound to find some mistakes.
Even with Wani we've noticed with files that there are times when they miss stuff on the first go around and they'll have revised information in notes for us to see whether it's art or dialogue.
I went ahead and made the change and gave the page to the developers, but with Sunday/holiday/cons it may be a day or so until it's changed on the site.
But please by all means let us know if we slip up, we're human and I'm bound to make a mistake when editing.
