Will all physical purchases include a download?

I noticed that Project H is currently offering a deal on certain books that includes a free digital offer. That they don't offer a digital copy with physical purchases by-default made me really appreciate my recent Renai Sample purchase, but it made me curious: will digital downloads always come for free with every physical purchase, or is it only a temporary deal while Fakku Books continues to grow? (I mean, that "Fakku Founder" achievement has to go away at some point too, right?)

It was suppose to be a extra for those who pre ordered the physical, but i think Jacob is gonna continue to have a digital for all book things from now on. Excluding doujin and magazine stuff since he won't with the bosshi doujin nor download for the magazine subscriptions.
