Has there ever been a book have a gap in chapters like this?There isn’t a gap in chapters; they just haven’t been released yet. The schedule for new books is pre-order opens and then a week later chapters start being released a couple each day. So the book should be done tomorrow or maybe Monday.

My dust jacket was pretty warped though (not so bad I'm worried about sending it back), maybe this book had some production issues?
