An essential Yamatogawa classic returns!

Adorned with thick-rimmed glasses, gorgeous slender hair and a shapely body, Miyuki is your typical hot nerdy girl, but recent developments have pulled her out of her shell. After finding an unmarked SD card, she finds a bunch of videos of her classmates having sex all over school! With her inner urges awakened, she takes her newfound information and proceeds to make her own videos, voyeuristically filming her peers in their most intimate moments.

As she looks through the lens at her classmates, Miyuki's body feels a rush and she starts touching herself while focusing on the action. She suddenly hears the click of a camera, and realizes she's not the only person filming the action as she’s been caught in the act by a classmate! And Miyuki has never been more turned on in her life!

Vanilla Essence, by hentai legend Yamatogawa, is a joyous confiture of lustful high school romance and the cheeky cuties who look shy and sweet, but are really wolves between the sheets! Collecting nine chapters, FAKKU Books edition of Vanilla Essence includes a new translation, cover design, and everything else that has consistently made FAKKU hit the sweet spot in hentai comics.

Wasn't this there previously I did saw it disappear in 2018 and didn't really questioned it but now it's being announced... Honestly you could have just made a bulletin about it on the front page "we are now Reprinting Vanilla Essance by yamatogawa Pre-Orders for this book is now available" something along the line , announcing a previously stocked book like it's brand new is kinda...

At the end of 2018 we announced Yamatogawa would be coming to FAKKU:
(Here's the thread you might be thinking about: https://www.fakku.net/forums/front-page-news/yamatogawa-joins-fakku)

So far we've published Witchcraft and Power Play with Vanilla Essence being our third release from Yamatogawa.

A lot of titles by him have been published previously by other publishers, however he's an artist that's worth the attention and an artist we wanted to support by providing all his books in the same format as the Japanese editions (leaving nothing out). With this release from us you can expect the continued attention to detail and also with a lower price point compared to other releases at our standard $19.95 physical release (with a digital copy), or the standard 9.95 digital only copy.

If you're interested, our letterer took the time to record the work process for something in the book to give you an idea of the TLC that went into this book:

I'll probably buy it again, even though I have two copies from the KS.

But are there any major differences between the Fakku and KS version? The KS wasn't bad quality. Just wondering.

New translation, same treatment as our other books regarding SFX and stuff, dust jacket and paper choice... Essentially, we redid the book but with our standards for books.

Cool, Fakku books are always quality. With the KS, they actually used nice paper stock and a slip cover, so it is much closer to a Fakku release. I was just wondering if there were any new content or drawings. Even author notes, those are always fun.

In the original print, there was an image in the author notes that scuttled the first printing (Capcom character, iirc). I assume that is still cut?
