Sorry to disappoint, but it's highly unlikely we'll get to three chapters a day unless you count chapters from older magazines. Shitsurakuten is shorter than both X-Eros and Kairakuten, so it'll be closer to 30% more content, not 50%.
Which is, of course, still a pretty sweet deal since we're not raising the price of subscribing.
I'm not the slightest disappointed, 30% more content still sounds pretty great and means a lot more to read!

Statements about the possibility of the price going up sincerely scare me considering Jacob's commitment to not do so.

He didn't mean there's a possibility. He was just saying that the addition of the magazine won't spring on a consistent 3 releases a day, he was just saying that it's still a nice addition since you get more for your money now.
