Cloud Errors on Fakku

i moved to a new place a few days ago, and got internet back today, when i tried to log ont fakku, these four error messages popped up, this is something completely brand new to me, ive been able to access fakku without having any problems like this before, however now these errors show up every few odd clicks, if Jacob or a mod could give me some heads up on why this is happening, id be grateful

We starting getting DDOS'd pretty hard (here's a graph of our traffic).



Hopefully it's resolved now, we are running everything through Cloudflare to mitigate but it might take some time for the DNS changes to get picked up.

I got a different message then just the loli fox of nope message. I'm only able to post because I'm on a proxy now.

So in stupid people terms, what happened?

To be DDoS'ed means to be denied of service, in this case a distributed denial of service. That means someone overloaded the servers with traffic to eat up the bandwidth so that the website service would be down... denying us our lovely hentai.

tl;dr - Some jerk has too much time on his hands and shut down Fakku for his own pleasure.

I was wondering what was going on, and i googled and saw the term DDoS but i wasn't sure what that was.
Hopefully it's resolved, i'm sure we all want to be able to read our Hentai in peace...

If someone have time to DDoS sites like Fakku they could do better... They could DDoS something useful or wire they computers for some BOINC project... -.-

Short answer: No.

Longer answer: Would you tell me where is the difference in what you wrote? even if you write fakku.net the browser will add www by itself even if it doesn't show that. The request for data still goes to the same server... -.-

The hacker has to much free time on his hands, it is almost certain that he has written a virus that has infected at least some computers. The virus would force infected computers to do a DDoS attack.
The second possibility is a group of people who wish to shut this site down.

But seriously, whoever did this has too much time on their hands, it really is sad and pathetic.

I remember when I got a call from Jacob for fucking the site when I did an auto-click post and posted a lot!

Try doing a virus scan.

There's a cloudflare link at the bottom so I'd say it's an "official" error, no virus, toolbar etc.
Looks like Cloufldflare want's to check if you're a real human using a captcha-form because the site got very much requests at that time.

That's real, it's checking to make sure you're not a bot.

DDos attacks are bound to happen to popular sites.
