They could do a neo parastye f ish tank with a group of manga-ka doing there own take on a momoka story.I hardly see Momoka so I can't say I associate her with Fakku. FAKKU! is more iconic for me.

How about something like akinosora's Let Your Smile Bloom, hardcore NTR that gets darker, and darker but then eventually turns around for a "good" ending.
that way we gets lots of variety throughout a book.
Spoiler:
Either way i would support it and buy it...and then maybe buy it again.

A good, complex story however it ends? Yeah, I can dig that.

Something where several artist come together for a collaboration like @ryssen said would be nice, and I am not knocking the idea of a collaboration poster to help market FAKKU!, I already said earlier that having some FAKKU! commissioned art on the site would be good marketing.
But what about commissioning something like the 2016 Wani winter special collaboration booklet:
If having 1 artist create a full 200-280 page tank is going to take too long, then maybe a collaboration there would help also.
1 story line, all main character designs set, and then you can have different artist compile the book together, just like how the Bestiary series is from Da Hootch. (I understand the Bestiary series is not actually a story line book, I am just making suggestions.)
Last suggestion, just like Toranoana, and Melonbooks, etc. have a special limited set with FAKKU! store exclusive purchase. Just like in the name it's limited you have a small batch printed and sold with the tabkobons at a premium price.
Most people already know this but, It's a 4 page booklet, double sided so 8 illustrated pages.
Edit: if I could suggest any artist for this it would be Key, Key (to my knowledge) has no social media contacts, and Key (to my knowledge) doesn't prepare any Doujinshi for Comiket.
In that regarding commissioning Key to make some original Doujinshi, or a book for FAKKU! Would be extra special.

I think one of the fun things this thread shows is that there are lot's of ideas for what the community wants out there.
If hentai teaches us anything it's that everyone has their own tastes. I for example love Gunma, generally vanilla stuff with a plot. But I'm not against good NTR either, (though I do prefer a happy ending). But then, for me, someone like Shindo L in Metamorphosis gets too fucked up.
I appreciate that hentai can sometimes take a long time. But I guess that can depend on what the mangaka is earning per chapter. And by comisioning, FAKKU could publish each chapter as and when it's completed. They wouldn't need a hard monthly deadline. A magazine needs a work to be done by a set date. If it's missed, an entire month is missed. However for FAKKU if it takes 4/5/6 weeks that doesn't necessarily matter as it can go live the day after its finished. It could be a more relaxed approach than some are used to. (Of course for its subs FAKKU might feel need need to require a date, again no idea of the business approach)
If I had what I wanted;
1: Plot
2: starts vanilla
3: girl gets more perverted and tries kinkier stuff
4: group sex and orgies
Basically Gunma plus an extra DP or two on the main girl.
Of course the point wouldn't be to make a mangaka create a work that doesn't suit them. More to commission new works from authors that FAKKU knows sell.

As said earlier, momoka is so rarely seen these days it's hard to tie her to fakku bar the obvious fakku shirt.
But yeah, I wouldn't mind a fakku thing, would be pretty cool.
Though in contrast to the above, I wouldn't get progressively kinkier, as the biggest base is still vanilla. You can end up killing sales if you go too far, and people decide that's not cool/ too far for them to want it. That said, same can happen with all vanilla books.
But, yeah, if you were doing multiple chapters progressing things with the same character and story, the story would need to be really good, and able to bring you in.
If you did random chapters with different things, you could perhaps do a random mishmash of artists doing one chapter each with a character, and then make it a tribute to fakku (If this happens, please somebody make one with jacob and/or pauly paul. Preferably in a pillow fight). But at the same time, having the same character over and over can get old pretty quickly. But, with different artists doing a different take, it could be quite interesting. So that's possibly an option. Doesn't require them to put months aside each for it solely. If you did that though, because of how little they normally get paid from a book (from memory), might be worth throwing together a donating campaign as well. So if you like the artists work, throw them some money or something. Not everyone will do it, but it at least gives them an opportunity to make some more dosh on the side, and to know people here like them?

The advantage to crowd sourcing is sales are ultimately a bonus. Presuming you budget correctly, then the book should be paid for, without costing FAKKU, before it's even released. While obviously sales would be important for FAKKU as a business, the lack of risk would mean there is no need to restrict the mangaka beyond any potential legal differences in the west.
While I agree better plots are better, I'd still rather have a story thread and recurring characters than different every time, regardless of if its a bit basic. (This goes in general for anything I buy.)
As for the time/ pay for the Mangaka, they could really set there own price to some degree. Who knows what a Gunma earns. Seen some say a beginner gets $500 for a chapter. Does that mean an expert gets $5000? Probably not. But say it is. You could get a 9 chapter book, plus a bonus chapter for $50,000. That would be a bigger than usual book, and obviously you'd have to consider production costs and translation etc. When you think the available Essence Kick Starter was over 100k that doesn't seem too unreasonable. Of course you have to factor in deductions from KS, Pay Pal, (taxes?), then production costs, cost of rewards etc. It would take someone with more knowledge than me to do accurate maths.
The time is a non issue to me. Firstly with enough pay it could be worked on exclusively, meaning a quicker production but secondly, as I've said before FAKKU can publish as and when a chapter is completed. This could go live as a book chapter or a sub chapter. If it's a book chapter anyone who supported KS could access it as and when it was live. Alternatively if the mangaka can work at a set rate, and could say deliver after a year then it could all come out at once.

If we start dreaming about a plot based book with all our favorite artists participating: aim for it being oversized and hardcover. Like DC Absolute Sandman books. And make an additional limited edition of like 50 which were signed by all artists which will be handed out randomly on the first 200 buyers of the "standard" edition.
