How to log/report typos?

I was wondering what the best way to report typos? I usually leave a comment, but that seems kind of leaving it to random chance that an editor will notice the comment (unless that is the best way).

For example, I noticed two typos on this story:

Use fakku.net/contact.

Leaving a comment is a very unreliable method, especially if the chapter is more than a few days old. In the past I tried to check all the comments, but we release too much content for that to be feasible anymore. As mentioned, use the contact form and file it under Grammar/Spelling. That way it'll show up on our internal systems, and it usually doesn't take long to fix.
