None of this really matters. mods aren't enforcing rules, and even breaking them.Which ones? We could probably avoid them if we know.

Mod Note: I would urge all users to remain on topic. After reading through the thread, I noticed that there is at least one post which is not relevant to the topic and perhaps offensive in nature too.
Thank you for your kind understanding and cooperation.
Getting back on topic, I would like to thank the thread starter for taking the effort to create this particular topic. :)

Here's hoping for the sticky.
When you quote more than one person does everyone you quote get a notification for it?
Yep.. Wait, actually I don't know. I thought you did anyway.

yes, i got a notification for someone else's quote that contained a quote of me.
I copy pasted as usual, but posted the whole thing onto Shag's one. If Kouki doesn't get a notification, then no, multiple quotes don't send multiple notifications. Lemme PM him and find out.
So what were the results?
Funny thing is, I was about to create a topic in random asking how multi-quoting notifications worked, but then I thought FS&S would be a better place. First thread that caught my eye happened to be discussing that very topic. I am rather pleased.

Didn't work. It only notifies the person in the tab that you pressed Post Reply on. Meaning, Kouki didn't get a note.

I don't mean to be rude, but..I honestly don't think it would help very much to outline something that most new users tend to ignore. It's the same situation for VNs: people ask whether or not a VN is translated into English although there are rules in place.
That's why you spam their Meet and Greet threads with links to read the rules and How-tos.

I do the same whenever I can.

erm double posting. sometimes double posting can be helpful to the more experienced people.
for example, the missing tags forum. i wanted to double post because one was about doujin that i was trying to tag and the other was explaining something to a newer member.
For me the autobot always kicks in saying that i'm not allowed to dbl post. so how long do u gotta wait to dbl post -.-
Scratch that, i'm still new, what the heck should i do if my previous post and the newer post are unrelated

Ummm...edit your post? Regardless of whether they're related or not. And you can't ever double post outside of your own thread (even IN your own thread, it's looked down upon).

Yes, just that. If it helps, put a date beside the edit.

If you want the topic to be bumped and your post to show up as "new", just copy the contents to notepad, delete your old post and repost it and your edits.

I'm new to the forums and I want to be a good member of Fakku I found this very helpful. Thank you for making this and everyone who added to it.

Something else that could be added to the OP:
Read the titles of other treads in the section before starting a new one. better yet, do a search for key words of the subject you want to talk about.
I've seen several threads about that sopa crap recently, and countless threads about tags that could have been a comment in the "Missing Tags (Tag Suggestions)" thread.

I saw your post earlier but forgot about it. I agree with you and added those suggestions.

I don't have that "quote" button that's supposed to be at the top right of each post. And that's quite the problem since I've just decided to start using Fakku's Forum. So, since I'm already in the "Feedback, Suggestions, and Support " and I believe I'm on topic, could I have some help please ? ^^
