[Locked] Lack of a Civil (But Not Uptight) Subforum

I've noticed now that my very first thread, which was a legitimate (and civil, and sucessful) philosophical debate about the existance of cyan and its subdivisions as a separate colour group due to the intervals of light present in contrast to green and blue, has been deleted. What a shame.

If you are referring to the State thread, then NO, as that was originally in the Technology subforum.

You know what... after reading these post you made, I am thoroughly convinced that you know exactly what makes your comments inflammatory. Anytime you make gross over generalizations that are insults without merit and also attack many of the people reading your comments, you are going to get shunned and lose all credibility with the community.

Extreme view points are not the same as view points that are dismissive of other people's ideas, especially when you know YOU are the one with the odd opinion. The onus is on YOU to explain your views, not just question why everyone does not agree with you .

In short, you know what you did son.
