Sometimes, my subscription doesnt re-up on its own. Its happened twice (most recently, yesterday, 7/29/2019) and I've had money both times. Minor annoyance... unless you ever come with rewards for being subbed continuously for certain amount of time... then its really annoying.

Keep getting stuck on pages. The page counter changes, but I’m stuck on the first page. This is happening with everything I try to read.

I'd like to be able to go directly back to my library after I'm done reading a book. Currently you have to hit FAKKU! on the top left that takes you back to the main page and you have to click on My Account and then Library to get back to your library.

Does anyone know of a way to prevent the UI from popping up when changing focus to another window/monitor? I have the reader fullscreened (and the UI hidden) on a secondary monitor, but whenever I click on something on another monitor the UI pops up and stays there until I switch focus back to the reader window. I'm using Chrome on Windows 10 for what it's worth.
I did figure out somewhat of a workaround. Changing focus to another window, moving the mouse back over to the reader, NOT clicking, scrolling to another page, then going back to the other window. Seems to work consistently, but it'd be nice to avoid this hassle as I am frequently switching between monitors.

Some collections are not loading. I have waited for a while to see if it will load in and some collections just will not appear.

Hmm... Might have some controversial content mixed in somewhere even if I don't see any on the books' own tags. Didn't see them at first either when I checked now, but after making sure the store considered me logged in as well they both showed up.

The Michiking box doesn't load, it only shows a blank page with no numbers. Please fix it.Looks like the 'Read Collection' feature is now fixed.

The settings for my reader keeps reverting back to the default. Can't seem to find a way to keep it at the settings I like.

Hey guys, im new on this site, so i have one question. Im really interested into the Kairakuten Beast magazines, but i cant find a option to buy the magazine. Yeah, there are options for buying the stories wich are in the magazine, but im more interested into the magazine as a complete product. Now, my question is how do i buy the entire magazine? Or can i only buy only stories from the magazine?

I'm having trouble with the site not working well specifically when I'm trying to read the manga and trying to go to the next page. It won't load the next page and just makes the whole screen go blank and it's been having constantly over the past few days. I'm also on a mobile device if that makes a difference.

Same here, been happening to me for a few weeks though. Only happens here and not with other readers. Latest build of Chrome, ver. 80.0.3987.99, Android 10, Samsung One UI 2.0.

Same issue there. When I read a manga on Chrome, if I'm going for the next page, all the google app freezes and blink. It's very frustrating. All was working well before. What Can de do ?

If you go to the "Feedback, Suggestions, and Support section" of the forums, there should be a yellow box right below the "Create Topic" button. If you click on the hyperlink in the yellow box, you'll be able to send a support ticket from there. The text in the yellow box makes it seem like you can only use a support ticket if you are having technical issues, but you can use it for feedback/suggestions as well, just make sure you choose "Feedback/Suggestion" from the "Department" section of the ticket.

Or you could just use the Contact link at the bottom of any page. ;)
