Vanilla Essence is not loading the most recent 3 chapters. It stops at pg 147 on the site. "New Year's Shrine Visit", "You Gotta Star!", and "Hurry Up and Submit!" are showing in the feed, but are not loading when going to the link. I have tried accessing the latest chapters on Firefox, Chrome, and the Fakku app.

The url https://www.fakku.net/hentai/newest seems to have stopped updating and no longer in fact displays the newest.

However, doujinshis I bought don't appear in my library.
I can read and download those, but I have to search for each pages of doujinshis.
I see other doujinshis I've bought before are appear in my library.

I try to read the comics from the Stay Home page on mobile. However, after clicking on them, I see a regular message with the proposition to get a free trial, and after I decline, I am redirected to the front page.

I just renewed my subscription because I got tired of other site's UI. This site is the most polished and user friendly I've come across and you consistently show high quality. Please though, if there's one thing the site is lacking, do post more anime.

I understand that that some tags cannot be viewed by default and I saw that you need to turn on some setting to view them. I haven't been able to find the setting for controversial tags, so how would I enable that? Sorry if this was addressed before, but I didn't immediately find anything.

I've got over 25 posts and still can't see them, so I don't think that's the case any more. I even purchased the book and it's not showing up in my library. Two emails to support and no response, and the thread I was posting in has been removed, so posting here.

i cant load into any manga it just says loading and stops working it dosent even display a page count nvm my vpn was the problem

[Update] 5/13 I got word from support today. They sent me a direct link to download the book, and it looks like I can see a bunch more books available in my library including the one I purchased. Not sure if that's everything but it solves my issue for now.

Using the fakku beta on Firefox mobile, the description of a chapter overlaps the tags.
(Also, not having an indication of what chapters are for subscribers vs ones that need to be bought gets confusing since the read/buy button often isn't in frame on mobile. The purchase prompt is a fullscreen modal, so hitting 'back' results in that tab closing if you open chapters in new tabs)

The almost all of the tags on Izure's "Teacher & Schoolgirl Sisters" cannot be seen on the homepage. All the tags can be seen if the release is viewed anywhere else besides the homepage.

The reader keeps opening the in the middle of the first page when opening a chapter instead of at the top of the page. No such trouble with subsequent pages.

Reader Update (2.18.0.0):
The chapter selector has been updated for book / manga content. The chapters can by found by clicking "Jump to Page" at the bottom of the reader. This will bring up two sliders, for one the chapters and one for the entire book's pages. This allows users to quickly jump between chapters and pages, keeping the 'jump to' features of the reader under one area.
