Reminds me of part of the plot of Lost in Translation ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lost_in_Translation_%28film%29 ), where the famous actor stars in a commercial because of the very good pay.
As Wikipedia states ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kirsten_Dunst#Filmography ) that she does have at least one current movie, I would think it was quite the nice money offer for that music video.
