Huh. Well, I can no longer claim atheism.
On a related note, you're not going to ask for anything weird besides subscribing and buying books now that I've deified you, are you Jacob?

Wasn't Kitty Media owned by Media Blasters?Yes. We own Kitty, but Media Blasters still are separate... I think. I think Jacob bought that division without buying the parent company. Kinda like if Coke bought Taco Bell without buying Pepsi co.

Kinda like if Coke bought Taco Bell without buying Pepsi co.You've mentioned physical distribution remaining with MB but when you post that, do you mean that Fakku will partner with MB to do physical releases of hentai anime? Does Fakku intend to do any physical hentai anime releases or strictly stick with digital downloads?
Also, and correct me if my information is wrong, but it's my understanding that hentai anime producers have all but stopped allowing new titles to be licensed. I think only a handful of new titles have come out over here while almost everything is releases. Will Fakku be releasing much newer content even with this deal?
I know this is still a relatively early stage for this whole endeavor but, assuming you can share the info, what's the planned trajectory?
Strictly sub-only digital downloads? Possible hybrid language digital downloads? Physical releases at some point in the future if the numbers meet some predetermined minimal threshold?
Yeah, I'm excited to see what happens next here.

They pop out 2-3 a year and reissued Kite to bd. These are more Jacob questions.

Obviously, I am ecstatic about the announcement. As a subscriber from day one, this helps keep my subscription for pretty much the foreseeable future. That said, I'm hopeful that this is the beginning of prying new content out of the Japanese companies that hasn't been released overseas yet. I still own most of the old Kitty catalog on dvd from back before the industry crash--would love to see a return to premium releases on dvd (no need for dubs though, those are almost universally awful).

I'm wondering what quality will be available. I know some things were released on Blu-ray in Japan, but in America were released on like DVD or VHS only.
I'm hoping for at least 1080p widescreen when possible. Maybe max res (360,480,720,1080) and aspect ratio (16:9, 4:3) clearly marked? Or if dub is available? Though I tend to like the subs more some of us like dubs if they are done well.
I am excited though. If all goes well I'll probably pay for these. :P

Well, I see no reason why Fakku would not be able to sell the Media Blasters DVD/BD releases as well, the store already has the games section, for example, that carries products from other publishers. Releases from a more or less related company, seeing how they still work together with Fakku handling the digital sales and Media Blasters the physical, should be even easier to pick up. And while the digital and physical releases being from different publishers would probably not quite allow to offer a free digital copy like with the books, it might still be possible to offer a Fakku exclusive combination for a somewhat reduced price for those who want it.

Literally never comment but day 1 subscriber... This makes me happy and I’m glad it’s free. If down the road it costs a few bucks more to get more content, no problem.
This being free was a really nice surprise!

I was referring to the production side more. Selling the physical discs is possible if not probable. Could even led to a collector's edition or limited edition.
I'm still in favor of Jacob buying project-h. Their business model is really unstable and their customer service is a joke. I bought a book on Amazon That was supposed to be released last year in February and they kick it back to this July now it's now back to sept of 2018. Even though I bought it off their Marketplace 5 and 6 months ago.
Edit: freaky google device is weird when speech to text.
