Not really sure what you're saying, but Jacob's team is doing their own translation for Fakku Books and the magazines are all new material even in Japan, so scanalation teams probably haven't even translated them either. There's no reason to host censored, scanalated chapters when Jacob's team did it and it's uncensored.They are making translation and they are making people pay for these and I don't see any problem with that. The problem is they forbid other translations of these chapter (they did it with fakku books, I don't see any reason they would not this time). At this moment either it becomes a site which sells fast and well-made translations or you stay a site which first goal is to share doujinshis and in this case you allow members to freely read all the doujins they want to. And this would not make the subscription system useless since you're paying for :
-being able to read chapters faster
-colored chapters
-uncensored chapters
In other words, you're paying fakku for the work fakku did.

Is content from Fakku Books ever going to make it to the subscription platform?
Pricing should be in line with like Netflix or Hulu Plus. $8 a month is palatable for most people. There should also be a 3 month and 1 year subscription option too.
Could also have it like how Hulu plus is doing now, have an ad-free subscription for X amount, and a with-ads subscription for a bit less. With the track Fakku is going, it'll be wholly subscription based and there's going to be now ad revenue for the site at all.
Better yet, have no subscription, but there's now way Fakku's doing that now.

I'll buy a subscription every 6 months however to download all the sweet sweet uncensored images, but no way in hell I'm paying $156 a year. $26 for a years worth (i guess 13 months) of uncensored content is worth it ($13 if you can wait the whole year).

We don't try to stop anyone from scanlating something we plan on releasing or have already released in the past. Just the other day, I saw a translation of a chapter that we will most likely do in the future once compiled into a book, and no actions were taken on our part. With the magazines, we intend to translate them in their entirety before they normally show up untranslated on the web, but if someone still wants to do their own translation at that point, they're free to do so.
Our goal is to compete with piracy by offering a superior service, rather than combating it by shutting down the competition.

This is very custom.
I remember reading earlier this year that for every book you buy, you get a month subscription, and that you could just buy a book a month to keep your subscription going, and all books bought up until this point will give you a month each.
Was this idea scrapped or am i missing something here?

We will not shy away from any content we publish, you can expect all genres to be covered with the subscription. And the regular FAKKU books will indeed still continue. Subscription service is for magazine simul-publishes.

Well there are plans to print Hanafuda and I have bosshi xxx mix next to me. It not completely impossible if more people post more loli wani tankobon requests and the Hanafuda prints are selling good.
