Tags have the benefit of being able to blacklist them, so we can avoid seeing doujin titles that we don't want to. You could argue that it cleans up the site for some in that sense.
If a sexual genre/act has a japanese term, just use that. Paizuri sounds a LOT less vulgar than tit-fucking, as mentioned earlier.
As for the tags themselves...I'm thinking along the lines of what genres people might want to blacklist. So my list would include: incest, rape(or call this non-consensual, as things always sound less vulgar if you use a longer word), anal, futanari, old_fartsmen_fucking_poor_young_girls etc.
There's a fine line with tagging; you want enough tags so people can find something they want, but you don't want so many tags that each doujin has a unique tag for itself. That's why I'm fine with tags like yuri and gender_bender, but not for tags like yandere, glasses, etc.

It'd be cool if authors' names became tags so that we could blacklist those as well, but that sounds like way too much work. Tagging 19GB of manga on the site is no mean feat either. I wonder who's baller enough to even try.
EDIT: Never mind. People can just tag untagged manga as they read them and in the long run all manga should be tagged.

Simple tags, also include any tags that explain any kind of rape, incest and child porn just incase someone is wary of these topics. Also tagged by the names of the artists.
But I think the tags are a great idea, it also makes a certain hentai easier to find.

Regarding "child porn," FAKKU already doesn't allow loli/shota to be uploaded.
I do agree that overtagging is not the way to go, and artists' names should become tags. The one problem I can see with tagging artists' names is how the artist name "unknown" is going to have 800+ results. Ah well.
