It's not our jobs to decide who gets to come back, if they have done enough time and feel they aren't going to break the rules then fine. If you don't then don't let her back. The Mods and Admins know this better than the users (most are douches and way to unbiased)

You realize I was just making a general statement that it's not the users job to say who gets unbanned, we should have no say in the matter. Do I think Koko should be allowed back though? No. I don't have that authority though and my or anyone else's opinion shouldn't matter.
