Anal isn't as hygienically unsafe as a lot of people seem to make it out to be, as long as it's pre-planned. And in theory it feels better for the guy, since the ass is tighter, but it's obviously debatable. I prefer it, personally.

If we're talking about porn (hentai or not) i would go with anal. it's just fap material, no risk of infection or pain there.

- You can get AIDS and syphilis from anal just like from vaginal sex.
- Anal sex also carries the risk of getting a bacterial infection to your urethra, bladder and kidney
- Never do ass to vagina, you could give her an infection.
