Any Dota players?

well my stategy is pick a davion against the Ancient Apparition lvl 25 owner items hm.. shiled bash + mask of madness and ult level 3 can kill it easily

"What's your strategy to kick the bastard's ass in early game ?"

Avoid him and farm

Seriously that hero is an int.. early to mid game your screwed if you don't have move speed...

but if you really want to face him head on early use heroes with wind walk and use cheap shot tactics(Wind walk, wait for cooldown, strike, repeat) hat should ruin his day...

oh Ancient Apparition...

well nanaya's description of the skills is not off Except

his first skill dose not do damage over time instantly... the DoT kicks in only after the hero is frozen... It's mechanics is a point is made at target location, if target dose not get 725 units away from point then target is frozen and dealt DoT

his ulti is more like a Proton cannon than culling blade... you cast it twice, first cast determines direction of spell and target area, 2nd cast releases spell.

units that are on the targeted area(200 initial AoE, increases per lvl) take damage, has Hp regeneration stopped to the point where damage was dealt(meaning if yout HP is 500 and you took 250, you can only regenerate you HP up to 250) and takes DoT. if your HP reaches or passes a certain percentage, the next damage you receive will kill you

damage per lvl is 250/350/450 HP percentage needed for insta kill is 10/11/12

I swear I thought it damages when casted...

you get damage when your hit by the end of the spell, you still get the debuff if you touch the spell while it is traveling. So if you touch it you get a DoT and stops HP regen

depends on your enemies.
but most of the times, you just need a high damage since you have ww and you can consume creeps when dying.

I never fill for my ulti, purely for damage, running away, and stalking like Unos.

I will take an example then, maybe if my enemies was these guys ...

Try Cranium Basher its has low percent stun for ranged but with Strafem, Manta and Butterfly its still bash your enemy like crazy

1st, you have ulti, use it.
2nd - you must kill them within BKB's time.
