when being a wolf lvl 3 .. Lycan is in Maximum speed ... addition speed by Yasha will be pointless ..
if you want to slow down your enemy ... why not using EoS

no,S&Y is better,cuz making your MS faster when not in wolf form~
and @more str and Aspd to him rather than slow~
and as what my teacher(friend) said~

count it .. and think ...
