If it is so,Luna will be imba like that.It only applies to one of the attack or only the first attack.

well not exactly,since the principle of medusa arrows is something like cleave lol

Luna's one at least deal much more damage I think and more targets since the glaives can travel for a bit

The only build I know is Snake Stats...

and trust me that snake effing huts...

not o nly does it damage but steals mana, meaning hitting 2 - 3 heroes(or units with mana) gives you enough mana to cast snake again... and not to mention that the damage increases per unit hit...

the only ting I don't like about medusa now is her ulti... sure it's AoE and all but having a targetable purge with 12 cd was much better than trying to time your ulti so that they will be slowed...

EDIT:

Only the main target will get slowed, Lifstealed, bashed, etc with the exception of criticals... each arrow has a chance to crit... same goes for luna's glave...

Not too sure about luna's reduced damage though
