Cuirass is not giving any additional damage nor stats.
Which is the only explanation why every Slardar player is weak against magic user.
Nana-kyun:
This is just a preparation before DOTA 2 released in like Q1 of 2011.

If only he can hit.
Reminder that he is still melee. and he forced to kill a hero/heroes as fast as he can because that's his job.

Magic penetrates armor.

Well, depends, I prefer using him as a ganker/support.
Besides, in armor reduction, the ideal is 0 - (-5) armor.

Oh yes, it's about each type for gameplay, i forgot lol.

Anyone, I guess, a gank slardar will probably have at least 1 sprint. the CD of slardar's stun is not that long + it also slows. Not to mention the fact that he is hitting the enemy along the support.

Magic penetrates armor.
that's why he has sprint~
and have stun skill~
and when he reached his enemy,if he have a good aspd,he can cast bash easily~
eh,i think magic damage still reduced by armor~

"It also slow" wat ?
The sprint containing effect like Frenzy now ? I mean , it makes Slardar softer.
Gobbie :
Did you really ever use Purist ?

Slardar's stun also has a slowing effect. Slows enemy units by 20% for 2 seconds afterwards. In 350 AoE there's the stun, but for 360 there's a 4 second slow, (instead of 2 second stun then 2 second slow).
And sprint increases 20% ms for 15% additional damage received. Keep in mind you're the one ganking, so you should go near the enemy fast. 20% at level 1 is enough to outrun a hero, not counting if they have blink, leap, or ms increasing spells.

I talk about your not knowing about how magic can penetrate armor.
Since Purist can have big ass armor while magic still can hurt him, lol.

I don't. I'd rather play as a support. But I do attack and stuff, but the priority is to give the carry the kill.
