I didn't use him, but he has this skill that enables him to teleport himself and an attached hero anywhere for 12 seconds.

Or maybe he has another supportive skill which can be used to strengthen allies ?

He can tether an ally increasing ms, use a skill that increases aspd, and do that spinny doodad thing which hurts, plus the global blink...
