Yes. Played with axe earlier
and got vanguard early(Can't remember the exact time) and got Heart of tarasque at 21mins(or 24) and then GG.

in terms of regeneration taras got boosted... in terms of over all performance taras got nerfed... though still 5 taras on cent is still a fukking overpowered build... especially with the new return damage
