ah and axe ulti is good,but if the HP is not right,it will only deal small amount of damage~

Which is why They gave him a secpter upgrade... 10 second cooldown on culling blade with aganims... give him enough mana regenreation and you can make his culling blade a normal attack....

add in BKB and blade mail just for kicks and Im pretty sure you will live for a good 15 seconds...
oh and I made a mistake... it's not 15 it's 10... they actually improved it now...

Iono, in the end it depends on the players, I don't think I'd like to bunch up knowing there's an axe ingame.

but bkb now have a more delay/cooldown than before,and ever cast reduce the duration by 1 second and cooldown by 10 second until 5/50~
