I doubt about it .. since max damage (1 hit kill event) of Culling Blade is pure 625 damage ..
15 % x 625 = 93.75 pure dmg

not hurt much ...
that's why when warlock uses fatal bond, somehow we didn't see any significant dmg to linked units ...

but i think what Gojira means to say is ..
Fatal bond + any hurt skill = succeed

but,i don't think so~
well,the damage of axe ulti is 1000000 physical if below 625,what happend if 1 get damage,so the other get 15% of 1000000 damage.........,i don't think so~

i dunno how much is the damage of axe's culling blade .. there is no explanation with it .. except below 625 hp = death ...

No significant explanation .. so i assume it's unknown ..

yeah.. regardless of the enemy's state or what skill it has.. to prevent damage he'd still die from Culling blade.. just like mika-chan said~

and is there any skill that not damage other enemy(bounded by fatal bound)??~

@Ulan - It worked in the old dota versions, very old. Of course the others needed to be not full in hp too

i try to use fissure on this dude when he use Borrowed time .. he stunned but healed .. wtf

still heal,the only skill that i know can damage even there is magic immune/skill like abaddon's ulti is axe ulti(the instant kill)~

have more chance to do bash more than bara and high damage~
Have god ulti to destroy tower,run away,and kill hero~

and do you forget that it's an active skill ?
