There was this one time we were given a several-day long battlefield leave.

At the time, I met one fair lady, with deep ultramarine eyes and sweet-smelling hair. However, our leave happened to coincide with that of Eastern German brigade. We ended up having a drinking contest followed by arms wrestling in giant mecha and a rock concert on benches that made up the canteen.

I don't know how her,me or that cute little sergeant from East got into my quarters, but I know for certain we didn't leave form it for at least a day.


We still write to each other.
