What are your dislikes in people's characteristics?

I used to think you were an arrogant cunt who just wanted to stick it to the mods, but you've toned down a lot over the years. Now you strike me as being suitably disdainful but relatively approachable, and actually talking a lot of sense.



I already answered pretty much this exact question, but I did forget one thing: milk tea. Considered the very manifestation of Britannia herself, drinking milk tea actually makes you more British. It's a well documented phenomenon, and one which perfectly explains why coffee house dwelling hipsters are such massive twats.



That, and the various conversations and dealings we have had.



It stands to reason that the ultimate application of modernism and the simple graphical styles we crave - styles which are manifesting themselves in the touch generation - will bring us back to the arbiter of the PC generation, MS DOS. Thus the cycle comes full circle, and our CMD-faced overlords will walk among us, lasering all in their wake.



Neither remarkably stupid or insightful. Posts of average quality, and your name rather betrays the depth of your emotional investment in these forums. Still, at least you don't make awful threads all the time. Just sometimes.



I think I've only ever seen you make one line comments in IB threads, but you seem relatively inoffensive. I take it you didn't minus rep yourself, though, so I'm probably missing something.



Insincerity, passivity, being overly inquisitive or unreliable...I don't really have any pet hates, but I've never found a person yet who didn't have one recurring negative trait. What really gets me is people trying to pass themselves off as something they aren't, and lying with 'good intentions'. I don't like to be bullshitted because someone thinks it's in my best interests.

After you release the Fakku e-zine that you and Anes have been working on - do you plan to have another e-zine project?

I would love to do more, but when you consider how long it has taken to get this one to a state of near completion, it doesn't seem likely. We'd definitely need a full, willing team of artists/designers next time, but it's so hard to keep tabs on people and ensure that everyone is committed, that I'm not sure I'd want the hassle.

Steak and chips... why in the hell do this always freak me out on the menu? Even though it's grilled/seared/pan fried whole steak with fries.

Also Lager... why with a nation with fucking awesome ales, stouts, ports and That thing called slave whiskey.. i mean Scottish whiskey does this outbeat in sales? Lager vs a pint of bitter.

Ah well, too bad. I hope the current one gets to the front page, at least.

I couldn't possibly imagine. I prefer proper thick cut chips with a real slab of meat though, and I am a sucker for peppercorn sauce.

This I can't wholly explain either. Stouts and ales are gaining popularity though. They used to be entirely associated with old men, but CAMRA (the campaign for real ale) have done a great job of promotion and getting younger people into ales the last 5 years or so.

It's really just a case of finding somewhere that sells them, with all the shitty chain pubs taking over big towns. They reckon ten privately owned pubs close every day. Spoons do an ok range of ales now, but they are dingy, grotty joints. South East and South West you usually find a decent number of proper pubs in old towns, especially on the coast. My hometown in Kent has around twenty pubs, of which maybe two are chain owned.

So I also want to bandwagon because I'm curious of others opinion about me.

And because this isn't to be just a me question, which subforum do you frequent and do you think that forum in particular can be any better than it is?
