I wanted to see how you'd handle this and how this would turn out by itself, and now I'm just a little peeved enough to say something. You are clearly biased in your interpretation of the "guro" image Koko posted, and you are just using it as an excuse to get her banned and to satisfy your own ego. It's surprising how no one else ever decides to call out your shit.

While it is true that she has made multiple alts (Which in itself, is hardly harmful), her first ban for "posting guro" should be stricken from the record and she should be simply temporarily banned for 3 days for the multiple alts.

Oh I never claimed to be unbiased, but she gave me a reason to ban her. Why would the ban be stricken, she clearly violated our rules. I can't even be accused of excessive force, she was banned for the minimum amount of time a person can be banned for for a first offense. The perma ban was for the 7 other alts she created afterwards to try and fight the decision, I would have let it slide if she had just stayed quiet for 3 days. How would this satisfy my ego, it's not a matter of ego. If you had said it was to satisfy my pride because she challenged my authority perhaps but ego? Sometimes you say things that make me think you're only pretending to be smart.

She did use most of her alts, and her main account, to harass people too which is a violation against the rules.

Okay, the guro thing was a bit overboard but, she wasn't permabanned because of it. A lot more people have posted a lot worse and have come back.

Alt accounts aren't harmful but if you make over 10 of them for the sake of ban evasions and to harass other members you're obviously going overboard.

Why does this have to be explained to you? If you were her friend, or at least in friendly terms with her, you should be talking to her about her behavior, not scolding someone who's doing their job.

Everyday someone in this forum gives you a reason to ban them, but you don't, so that in itself is not a reason. In fact, you more often arbitrarily suspend people for hurting your ego, the most recent one if I recall correctly being Sgt. Broski telling you to do something.

From your earlier conversation with Jacob that you quoted, it appears Jacob has no idea what the actual picture looked like. If you show it to him, then and only then could a fair judgment be passed. Or are you going to defer judgment to Jacob, only to take it back when it doesn't look like it'll go your way?

P.S., like I said, I'm only peeved a little. In that case, the first ban should be stricken from the record, and she instead uses up her "first strike" for the multiple alts, allowing her to remain on Fakku albeit after being temporarily suspended for three days.
