edit: On Illumia: she was a bad poster and an attention whore, but she wasn't insane. Koko on the other hand had paranoid delusions and a pretty bad victim complex.

Zak wasn't limited, his was permanent. Long and LOL12 are the only two to ever come back from a perma ban. Long had to meet Jake for it to happen, and LOL12 was a special case which cost Jake one of his administrators. He wont do it for someone he knows nothing about, someone who has done nothing but sour the forum around her.

Kid got like 12 chances but again Zak was seen as a positive member of our community, the same can't be said for Koko.
I'm sure she probably has friends in ctfg, but as she caused this many problems in IB I'm not going to just allow her to come back. I'm not speaking for Jake but I just don't think it's likely this time.
