.... in general its because they identfy with the dominate one not the person who is getting NTR'd they don't like the MC thus they attach to the other person.
also, its really pointless to ask, why people have fetish's one what or another, thats why its called a fetish. So until some doctor can implant a chip and control your thoughts and reasons, for one we will all be screwed at that point, then we would would all the answers of why people do X,Y,Z

I was actually referring to the latest episode of it, which was episode 2. Well, to be honest, now that you've mentioned it, it didn't seem to have a proper ending, did it? All I remember was a part of her body being drilled and then you can hear splattering sounds in the middle of that. They didn't show it of course. Episode 3 must still be in the middle of production.

I hope so. If I recall correctly ep 2 was entirely a flashback sequence but to be honest it's hard to tell considering how vague the Shoujo Senki series is.
