Trying to take over $800 from me because apparently 300 sqft of cheap old carpet is worth more than that to replace.

Welp, according to the law from there, you have 30 days after I move out to provide me the notice.

And what this, not only is the notice dated 15 days too later, but the letter is time stamped 13 more days after that.

Lawl. I'm going to get all my money back. If only you hadn't gotten greedy.

That why my tenants sign a freaky no fix unless it major contract. Only had to replace a broken water pipe and well... and the well i did because i use it also. But he just leased it for storing his trucks and office space and the chicken farmer just needed water.

That one time when I destroyed the microwave by putting foil in it, my landlord didn't even say anything and instead just dropped by and replaced it while I was out without a word.

Though I appreciate the fact that he's not charging me anything I seriously doubt his intelligence sometimes considering how some of my housemates have been far more destructive than me and yet he always greets us with an unnaturally huge grin.
