Doesn't mean they don't want him still. If it's just to drive up the price that's a dick move but it could also be that they think you might not blow all of your RP on one person since you already went to buy 3 at one time. Means you'd probably be likely to auction for at least one more of them, so it's not a bad strategy honestly. Testing to see what you're willing to spend before you feel you might not have enough to auction for another claim and if it's within their spending range to still get him.

My TP is 4287 Zennies as of this post.
My RP is 1319 + 1180 (118x10) = 2499 and this can only be used in auctions.
Is that correct?
