Ok... >.> I've actually talked with her and we got along just fine, so yeah I kind of did know her. And it is like a douchebag move because rather than leaving when things got tough she should of stayed and just dealed with it like any other adult. And yes I agree she would of made a great contribution to Fakku just like any other new member. I say there's a trial period because its a time where more experienced members will find out if she will be active on the forums (not spamming) and get to know eachother rather than just leave. I wasn't there for when this all happened, but from what I could pretty much tell she was only against Waar and how he does his posts.

The -rep is just because of someone doing it just for the hell of it, there's alot of them around the forums so don't worry about it. And I've never talked bad about you or about you though maybe other users have but its just kind of how some elders or elites act hence the quote "We eat noobs". If you can actually stay active on the forums, make contributions, get to know people, I guarantee that things will start to change.

Look, people should not have to deal with the shit waar throws around, the whole point is that barely anyone tried to defend Hime. I would be pretty ticked too if some asshat just started bashing me because I was posting a little too often. Hime could have been asked nicely by some one other than waar to tone it down, to wait around for a bit and let the community accept her.

Precisely. Regardless of Waar's intentions, it was obvious that it was just a topic in order a bunch of members to come and jump down Hime's throat. When she spammed it was in IB, but of course they agrued (just as they did me) that she was nothing more than an ignorant spammer who used pink text. Almost no one came to Hime's defense. I can't begin to blame her for not wanting to stick around here considering how so many people treated her.

I've always believed "its the internet, get over it" but that's myself. I don't sit back and let other people treat my friends like that. They can do that to me all they want, but what happened to Hime was unfortunate and uncalled for.

It's this bullshit elitist attitude amongst some of the Elites and Elders. Like "How dare she have a higher post count than me!" or "How dare she become so active and well-known so quickly!" It's pathetic. Some of the members here need to learn that just because you have been a member for a long time doesn't mean you are infallible, that you are always right, and that it doesn't give you the right to treat new members with disrespect just because you don't like how they do things.

You are a fucking idiot. Of course our opinions aren't the grand jury; she left on her own accord. And as for the titles thing, I don't even have one and I hate her.

Ramsus is right, compared to other forums, there's near no elitism here. I do think that titles should be earned through posts and time. Other advanced titles might require more rep etc. But it would show the community that you're not a prominent member just because you have a huge ass amount of posts. And lot of "Elders" haven't even been here that long, they just have a large post count.

Just because she posted a lot does not me she was going to tear the forums apart for God's sake. She turned the Molestion thread into a cyberfest; if you don't like that - fine, and if you do - fine and her bar topic, both of those were in IB where she was more than allowed to spam to her heart's content. The rest of her posts were either random or serious, which is perfectly fine. Like Hell it doesn't exist. It has gone beyond members giving advice to the newer members, it's gone to ridiculing them and doing everything but forcing them to agree with you.

The only reason I stayed is because I didn't give two shits about what Waar said to me, but believe you me I am damn well sick of being called a spammer just because I post a lot and enjoy myself. Some members still seem to think I'm somehow responsible for destroying this forum. When in truth they just don't like how active I am. I'm screwing up their ego, and I'm sick of hearing it.

Well you seemed to have gone past me even though I was a member longer but its not like I made a big deal about it and flamed you for it. I'll admit that going about the posting of Hime could of went differently, but what your saying isn't what happened at all. None of the elites or elders think that way or atleast from what I could tell, we all want our members to feel welcomed and enjoy there time here. Did you actually get to know Hime that well to call her a friend? I don't know what actually happened, but its not a good reason to just leave entirely she could of just stayed away from the users that weren't accepting of her.

As for Waar its not like we can silence the guy even though he may act like an asshole you just get used to it. There will always be someone like Waar except on Fakku he's one of a kind lol. He helps out the community in his own way much like everyone else, sure someone else could of said something but no one else did so there you go. And I think she was posting more than a little to often because she went up to 100 posts? I think in a matter of 1 or 2 days. And as for her getting bashed I don't think she was, but since I wasn't there I can't say. The community excepts her, which makes no sense in why she has to leave since the only person that I know who was mean to her was Waar. So leaving because of one person just doesn't make sense, so it's like she's being an attention-whore now (no offense).

You are generalizing a large amount of people. Ramsus never did anything, and I'm pretty sure some of you have thrown him into the group that influenced Hime to leave. It's pretty simple to tell some one to go fuck themselves. If some one is bothering you do that. We do not ridicule new comers. Hime was a different story for some, people didn't like the way she was spamming IB etc. That's their problem, I myself personally believe she took quite a bit of flak. But I don't look down on people that do that. It's their opinion etc.

Ok first of all let's just leave Waar out of this...sub-discussion(?) of the topic at hand. He's not a representative of "oldfags", the forum in general, or anyone besides Waar (and sometimes that's questionable).

Did you ever stop to think, while being so maligned by people asking you to post less and having paranoid delusions of persecution, that perhaps you were doing something to lessen the enjoyment of these forums for others? People haven't been telling others to post less and post more meaningful posts just for some ego trip. It's been happening because we've been seeing a lot of repeated topics and totally pointless threads. Nobody has nothing against new people with new ideas, we just actually want to see these new ideas. Nobody is telling anyone to aim for being perfect, hell tonight alone I've posted a bunch of meaningless crap.

Also, I have no idea why you guys are taking such a hostile tone. The fact of the matter is Hime is leaving because Hime wanted to leave. We rarely have anyone rage quit like this. The fact that you're still here shows that you know more about how to properly handle a situation and deal with other people. However I can say this hostility probably wont have earned you any friends. Nobody can control how she reacts to people but herself.

Edit: Also, I'm not even sure I ever even talked to Hime or replied to a post of hers, stop trying to blame everyone older than 12 or whatever for someone's response to the actions of individuals.

It doesn't really matter if we see eye-to-eye or not. I stand firm, by how I was treated and how Hime was treated. The amount of posts does not necessarily equal spam. I do think most of the community embraced her, but there were several who did not, and all of them citing her from spamming.

Hime and I talked over PM pretty much every day she was here. I felt like I could relate to her because I went through the same thing she did, even though it wasn't nearly as bad for me. You guys want a bigger and better community, yet some members want to throw the spam card every time a new member shows up who posts and lot because they enjoy their time here.

Yes Hime spammed, yes I do sometimes, but both of us spam in IB and don't in other forums where it doesn't belong.
